• Third-Party Provider Policies: When connecting to third-party cloud APIs (like Google AI Studio or OpenAI), your API calls are governed by the respective terms of service, rate limits, and acceptable use policies of that provider.
• Ownership of Inputs & Outputs: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights in your submitted prompts, documents, and the resulting AI generations. Everyday Used Apps asserts zero copyright or licensing claims over your generated content.
• Assistance & Verification Disclaimer: AI capabilities are provided as intelligent productivity aids. Because Large Language Models may occasionally generate inaccurate or incomplete statements, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of critical outputs (including legal contracts, production SQL queries, tax invoices, and medical summaries) before relying upon or deploying them.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use our AI tools to generate malicious code, spam, defamatory content, or any material that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable laws.
