Frequently Asked Legal & Security Questions

Are my confidential contract details uploaded to any server?

No! Everything runs 100% client-side in your web browser. Proprietary trade secrets, party legal names, governing addresses, terms, and digital signature vectors are never transmitted over the internet or saved to cloud databases. When you close or refresh the tab, your session remains entirely in your hands.

Is this online contract maker legally binding?

Yes. In the United States (under the ESIGN Act and UETA), the UK, Canada, the European Union (under eIDAS), and most common-law jurisdictions, contracts signed electronically with mutual intent, consideration, and authorized representatives carry equal legal standing to wet-ink paper agreements.

What contract templates are available in this tool?

The tool includes Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for bilateral partnerships, Unilateral (One-Way) NDAs for contractor onboarding or product pitches, and Freelance Service Contracts with custom IP assignment and non-solicitation provisions.

How does the non-solicitation clause protect my business?

The non-solicitation covenant restricts the receiving party from poaching or directly hiring your employees, consultants, or contractors for a period of 12 months following the termination of the business collaboration.

Can I print or email the generated agreement immediately?

Yes. The download feature produces an unwatermarked, industry-standard 8.5" x 11" (or A4) vector PDF with clear page breaks, legal numbering, and signature blocks ready for countersignature or immediate filing.
